Worship
We believe worship is not just what we do when we come to church. Our whole life, everyday, everything that we do, is to bring Praise and Glory to our God.
As a Worship team, we use our God-given abilities to bring honor and worship to God, while using the creative arts to communicate and enhance the experience for all involved. It is our desire to serve the Lord through our abilities with excellence and in doing so, bring honor and glory to an audience of one.
Psalm 100:1,2 tells us “Shout joyfully to the Lord…Serve the Lord with Gladness…Come before him with joyful singing!”
We are always looking for people who have experience across a variety of styles both vocally and instrumentally. The worship team requires not only a high level of musical skill but also a high level of commitment. While desire and passion are valuable characteristics for worship leadership, it takes a high level of competence to empower and engage people for life change.
There are other areas of service in the Worship ministry aside from just singing and playing an instrument. You can experience the thrill of bringing God’s word and music to life through the use of technology on our sound team. You can also serve on our video team that handles all of the visual media to help give character and meaning to the Pastor’s message.
